Pay per shown estimate · no retainers

Booked estimates.
You only pay
when they show.

We build the ads, pay for the ads, chase the leads, and put confirmed estimate appointments on your calendar. You show up with a tape measure and quote the job.

We buy the ads

Ad spend comes out of our budget, not yours

No retainer

Nothing monthly, no setup fee, no lock-in

No show, no charge

You only pay for estimates that happen

What we do

Four jobs, so you only have one

Most contractors do not have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem, a qualifying problem, and a no-show problem. We take all three.

01

Ads built and paid for by us

We write the copy, shoot or source the creative, and run the campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google for your service radius. The ad budget is ours. You never get a bill from Meta.

02

Leads worked within minutes

Every form fill and missed call gets a text and a phone call fast, then follow-up until we get a real yes or no. Most contractors lose jobs to whoever called first — that is the part we fix.

03

Qualified before it hits your calendar

We confirm they own the home, they are inside your service area, the project is something you actually do, the timeline is real, and both decision makers will be there.

04

Confirmed, reminded, and re-confirmed

The appointment lands on your calendar with the homeowner's name, address, and job notes. They get a reminder the day before and again the morning of, so the door actually opens.

How it works

From call to calendar in about a week

01

Fit call

Fifteen minutes. Your trades, your service radius, and how many estimates a week you can realistically run.

02

We build it

Creative, targeting, tracking, call handling, and booking links. Campaigns are usually live inside a week.

03

Estimates land

Confirmed appointments start showing on your calendar with the homeowner's details and job notes attached.

04

Close and scale

You quote the work. We push more budget behind the areas and job types that are closing for you.

Placeholder quote — replace

Short quote from a real client about what changed after they started working with you. Two or three sentences is plenty.

Placeholder quote — replace

A second real quote. The strongest ones name a specific outcome — jobs closed, a month that was slow before, a crew they were able to keep busy.

Placeholder quote — replace

A third real quote. It helps if one of them speaks to the thing contractors are most skeptical about — paying an agency at all.

Questions we get every week

What counts as a shown estimate?

A homeowner inside your service area, on your calendar, at a set time, who is there when you arrive and lets you walk the job and quote it. If they cancel, ghost, or turn out to be a renter or outside your radius, it does not count and you are not charged.

So who is paying for the ads?

We are. The campaign budget comes out of our pocket. That is deliberate — it means we carry the risk of a campaign not working, and we only make money when you are standing in someone's driveway with a tape measure.

Is there a retainer or a contract?

No retainer, no setup fee, and no twelve-month agreement. You pay per shown estimate. If you want to pause because your crews are backed up, you tell us and we pause.

How many estimates can you book?

It depends on your trade, your market size, and your average ticket. We set a weekly cap on the fit call based on what your crews can actually handle — overbooking you and burning the leads helps neither of us.

What if I already have someone running ads?

That is fine, and often it works alongside what you have. We use our own ad accounts and our own budget, so nothing gets touched on your side.

What areas do you work in?

Anywhere in the US where the numbers work. Tell us your radius on the call and we will be straight with you about whether we can fill it.

Next step

Tell us your radius

Fifteen minutes on the phone. We will tell you honestly whether we can fill your calendar in your market, and what a week of estimates would look like. If it is not a fit, we will say so.
